Château d'Aigle
The imposing Aigle Castle sits in the middle of vineyards, a fortress built in the 12th century by Savoy and reworked by the Bernese starting at the end of the 15th century. Since 1976, Château d'Aigle has been the prestigious setting for the collections of the Vine and Wine Museum, which preserves the heritage of the wine growers and the cultural traditions of wine.
Facing the castle, the "Maison de la Dîme", dating from 1587, houses the Label museum that recounts 200 years of wine label history and displays the astounding iconographic diversity of labels from all over the world. Château d'Aigle
Château de Chillon
A monument, unique in the world, Château de Chillon invites you to relive the history of the 12th to the 16th centuries. Built in the 13th century on Roman foundations, the Castle of Chillon served as the residence of the Counts of Savoy during the entire Middle Ages.
